Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to consumer purchases made through infinity-labs.nl and to use of the Infinity Labs website. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable Dutch and EU law continue to apply and are not limited by these terms.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe supplements, ingredients, quantities, warnings and prices accurately. Food supplements are not medicines and website content is not medical advice. Product labels supplied with the product take priority if website information and final packaging differ.

3. Prices and payment

Consumer prices are shown in euros and are intended to include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charge is shown before the customer places the order. Payment is handled through Mollie. The final checkout button clearly indicates that placing the order creates a payment obligation.

4. Order formation

An order is submitted when the customer selects the final “Order and pay securely” action and the payment process is initiated. Acceptance may be subject to successful payment, stock availability, fraud checks and legal restrictions. We may contact the customer if an order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Delivery

Delivery territories, charges and estimates are described in the Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions. Details and the electronic cancellation/withdrawal route are available on Cancel / withdraw order and in the Refund Policy. Submitting a request records the notice; any payment refund is processed separately through Mollie where due.

7. Conformity and complaints

Products must conform to the agreement and applicable consumer guarantees. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, contact alwalid@infinity-labs.nl with the order reference and relevant details.

8. Account use

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing accurate information. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.

9. Intellectual property

Infinity Labs branding, original site design, copy and product artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws to the extent owned or licensed by Infinity Labs. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Infinity Labs is not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse of products, unauthorised account access by the customer, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

11. Governing law

Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Consumers may use available statutory complaint and dispute mechanisms.
