Information about cooling-off, returns, refunds and non-conforming products.
14-day cooling-off period
Consumers generally have 14 calendar days after receiving a product to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. To exercise the right, send a clear withdrawal notice before the period expires. You can use the prominent online cancellation / withdrawal route. The route records the request against the order and sends a confirmation message when transactional email is available. A separate model withdrawal form is also available.
Return period
After valid withdrawal, return the goods without undue delay and, in principle, within 14 days after notifying us. Unless we state otherwise or the law requires otherwise, the customer bears the direct cost of the return.
Refund timing
Where withdrawal applies, we refund amounts required by law, including the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable, without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or the customer supplies evidence of return, whichever occurs first, where legally permitted.
Condition of returned products
You may inspect a product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond that may be deducted where legally permitted.
Sealed products and health/hygiene
Some sealed goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal after the seal is broken where applicable law treats them as unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. Infinity Labs will only rely on such an exception where the legal conditions are met and the customer was informed before purchase. Do not return opened supplement products before contacting us.
Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods
Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming products are separate from the cooling-off right. Contact us promptly with the order number and photos where useful; we will assess replacement, repair where relevant, refund or another legally appropriate remedy.

Refund method
Approved refunds are submitted through Mollie to the original payment method. A cancellation, withdrawal or return request is not itself a completed refund; the refund status is recorded separately and, for signed-in customers, can appear in the account order history.
