Accessibility
Our accessibility approach, current measures, known limitations and contact route.
Infinity Labs aims to make its e-commerce experience usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, touch input and reduced-motion settings. We use semantic headings, labelled form controls, visible focus states, skip navigation, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support.
Standard we work toward
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our practical design target. This statement is not a certification and does not claim that every page is free of accessibility defects.
Current improvements
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and cart controls.
- Focus trapping and Escape-key support for modal navigation/cart interfaces.
- Text scaling and responsive layouts designed to avoid horizontal overflow.
- Labels and autocomplete attributes on checkout and account forms.
- Reduced-motion behaviour for visitors who request it.
- Decorative canvas effects disabled on touch devices and for reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
Product artwork contains text embedded in images and may not expose every label detail to assistive technology. Equivalent product information is provided in surrounding page content where possible. Third-party payment and Google sign-in interfaces are operated by their respective providers.
Feedback
If you cannot use part of the website, email alwalid@infinity-labs.nl and describe the page and the barrier. We will try to provide the information or service in an accessible alternative format.
Applicability
EU and Dutch accessibility obligations can depend on business size and the service offered. Infinity Labs nevertheless treats accessibility as a product-quality requirement and will review the legal scope before live commercial scaling.
