Delivery, return and withdrawal information presented before live commercial launch.
Shipping territories
The checkout currently supports the Netherlands and selected EU destinations, with a worldwide test option in the development build. Final live shipping territories must match the carriers and fulfilment setup actually used.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are shown in the order summary before the customer places the order. No undisclosed delivery fee should be added after the payment obligation is created.
Delivery estimates
Address accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as quickly as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Delays or lost parcels
If an order is materially delayed or tracking indicates a problem, contact us with the order reference. Consumer rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.
Returns
Start a return, cancellation, withdrawal or damaged/incorrect-item request through Cancel / withdraw order. The request receives its own reference and is reviewed separately from the payment refund.
