01 / What it does
5 G

Performance, precisely stated

This formula provides 5 g creatine monohydrate per daily serving. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise; the EU-authorised beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g and applies to adults performing high-intensity exercise.

Why monohydrate

Creatine monohydrate is the form used across the largest body of creatine research. A 2021 evidence review by sports-nutrition researchers describes 3–5 g/day as a commonly recommended intake and reports creatine as generally well tolerated at recommended doses.

No loading required

A loading phase can saturate muscle creatine faster, but it is not required for routine use. A consistent daily intake is the simpler long-term approach.

Why this
formula.

What we can explain now — and what will only be claimed once a real production batch can prove it.

01

Ingredient

Creatine monohydrate only. No proprietary blend is used to hide the amount of the active ingredient.

02

Form

Creatine monohydrate is the most extensively studied creatine form. Reviews have not established consistent performance superiority for alternative forms.

03

Dose

5 g per day sits within the commonly studied 3–5 g/day maintenance range. The EU-authorised creatine performance claim is based on a daily intake of 3 g.

04

Evidence

EU-authorised wording: creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with 3 g creatine daily.

05

Manufacturing

Facility, country of manufacture and verified quality certifications will be published after the commercial manufacturing agreement is finalised. We will not display certifications we cannot document.

06

Testing & COA

No commercial batch exists yet, so there is no batch COA to publish. After production, the batch page is intended to show the lot number, test panel, laboratory, test date and report where available.

Pre-production

Batch verification

No lab report is displayed until a commercial batch exists and has actually been tested. Future batch records are intended to identify the lot, testing scope, laboratory and report date.

04 / FAQ

Questions,
answered.

Short answers based on authorised EU claims, safety guidance and human research — without turning uncertainty into marketing.

Why creatine monohydrate?

It is the creatine form with the largest research base. Reviews of alternative forms have not shown a consistent advantage over creatine monohydrate.

Do I need a loading phase?

No. Loading around 20 g/day for 5–7 days can raise muscle creatine stores faster, but a consistent 3–5 g/day approach also increases stores more gradually.

Why is the serving 5 g?

5 g is within the commonly studied daily maintenance range and is above the 3 g/day intake used for the authorised EU high-intensity performance claim.

Does timing matter?

Research has not established a clear best time of day. Consistent daily intake is the more evidence-supported priority.

Is creatine a steroid?

No. Creatine is a naturally occurring nitrogen-containing compound involved in cellular energy metabolism; it is not an anabolic steroid.

05 / How to use
